PARKING: Parking availability is limited. Each unit can receive one (1) parking pass for a fee of $50 per month. The parking pass to be displayed in car. Resident must provide a copy of the current vehicle registration and insurance at the time of execution of this Agreement. Resident agrees to update the registration and insurance information should it change or at renewal of the apartment lease. All vehicles that do not have a displayed parking pass will be towed.
