Pet Policy: Tenant(s) will pay the Landlord an additional refundable Pet Security Deposit of $200 per pet. Maximum of two (2) pets per unit. Tenant(s) agrees to provide copies of shot records, license documents, and photo of pet(s). These documents must be provided to the Landlord before pet(s) are permitted on the premises.
NO SMOKING POLICY: No Resident shall smoke, nor permit anyone to smoke, in the Resident’s apartment or unit. Smoking shall be prohibited throughout the entire apartment complex, including but not limited to, hallways, stairways, foyers, common areas and facilities, decks, patios, exterior landings, front steps, entrance ways, roof tops, fire escapes, storage areas, parking areas, walkways, and building facilities. Smoking shall include the inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possession of any lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe, other product containing any amount of tobacco, or other similar lighted product.
